HOW TO ORDER

For now the only shipping service available JNE for all of Indonesia or can also use Go-Send for those in Jakarta area.

After you have placed your order, the invoice and order number will be sent to your e-mail. After payment has been received, a received payment confirmation will be sent to your e-mail.

Sometimes items are limited to quantities. If an item does go out of stock, generally it will be restocked within 2-3 weeks. Each item page has a place to enter your email if you wish to be notified when it is back in stock.

Delivery will be processed 24 hours after ordering accepted, or if you order on weekend or holiday then order will be processed on Monday or the day after the holiday.

Returns are available for all items excluding discounted items. Items must be returned within 4 – 14 working days of receipt for a refund and any received thereafter may be denied. All returning items must be shipped through traceable mail at the customer’s expense. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging including tags.

Exchanging items is possible if the item is in stock and the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to K-Shop and back to the customer.
